To create a WeChat Mini Program Account, we advise doing so from your WeChat Service Account dashboard.
This will speed up the process and does not require you to go through the verification process again.
Before you start
Please Note - Only an administrator of your WeChat Official Account will be able to create the WeChat Mini Program.
Please make sure you have added the administrator through the "Settings and Development" section and select "Admin Info". Please make sure you have WeChat App available during the process.
Steps to create a WeChat Mini Program
1. Log in to https://mp.weixin.qq.com/
Tip 1 - When you land on https://mp.weixin.qq.com, remember to switch languages to English before you log in if you can't read and write in Simplified Chinese.

2. Once logged in, Click on the 'Mini Program Manage' option from the Left-hand tab bar
3. Click the Green 'Add' Button
4. Select 'Quickly Register' from the two options
5. Please follow the steps to have quick registeration by reusing the information from the WeChat Official Account. Please tick the check box and click the button to continue. 
6. During this quick registration, you need to have your WeChat App ready. You should be getting a QR code after clicking the button from step 5.
6. Please use the administrator's WeChat App by clicking the "Discover" tab, and "Scan", will open the scan functions. Scan the QR code from the website and you will get the screen to confirm the creation of the mini program through the Official Account. Please click "OK" to proceed.
7. This page is showing the information that will be reused. Please tick "Operator Information" to reuse the Administrator information that was registered on the Official Account. Continue to the next step by clicking "Next".
8. You need to use a different email address on this Mini Program account registeration. Do not reuse the same email address for the Official Account. Once you have completed this step, you will need to check your mailbox for the email verification to complete the registration.
