This article helps explain the process of setting up / updating the "About Us" page in your Mini Program. 


If you are looking to update your landing page, please send your new image and content by email to support@vivacityapp.com and we'll get this updated for you.


What can you include on The About Us Page?


  • Company Images
  • Company Profile / About Us
  • Team Member Profiles 
  • Partner Profiles


Steps to create your About Us Page

1. Once you have logged into your account, navigate to "App Editor" which can be found from the drop-down menu under your profile name.




2. Select "Edit"


3. Navigate to the "About Us" section from the left-hand side menu.


You're in!


There are three tabs for you to add your pictures and content:

  • Detail (Your Business Profile and Images)
  • Team
  • Partners


Please Note: These sections must be filled in this section in Chinese. 


For Imagery: You can drag & drop or upload your pictures


Make sure you press the Save button after making your changes or they will not be saved.



Teams Tab


To add a new team member:


  1. Select 'Add Team Member'

  2. Enter their name, team member bio (recommended) and profile picture (recommend) on the pop-up window accordingly, and then select 'Create'



Partners Tab


To add a new partner:

  1. Select 'Add Partner'

  2. Enter the partner name, partner bio (recommended) and partner profile picture (we recommend a logo) on the pop-up window accordingly, and then select 'Create'
