This article helps explaining how to create and add different asset types (e.g 1/2/3 bed apartment, studio,  penthouse) in your development (building).


After the preliminary settings is set up -


Step 1. Select the building where the apartment is located, go to "related properties" tab, then add related property.


Step 2. A pop up window offers 2 methods to add a related property.



           
Method 1 -  Select Browse properties. 

This applies when there is an existing property already created, for example - to add SAMPLE FLAT 1 UNDER Sample building:


1. After Select browse properties tab, tick the box in front of the target property "SAMPLE FLAT 1", then 'Select"


2. The property will be automatically added to the building.




Method 2 - Create a new property, same principle applies as creating a property.

  1. Fill out the apartment information accordingly, and select Property type.
  2. Complete information under each tab. (Details > Address > Images > Features)


3. Once completed, a new related property (apartment) will be listed under the designated building.
