When you have a room/property that's available for various rental durations, our "Contract" function is a very easy way to demonstrate different prices.
1. Go to property details (building > property), under Contracts tab, select "create"
2. Fill out the fields per steps indicated below, the system will populate the rest for you, and "SAVE".
