It is very easy to create a Marketing Campaign on the Viva City admin portal. 


Follow the steps as follows:

  1. Log into the Viva City admin portal https://admin.vivacityapp.com/

  2. Select the Marketing tab on the left panel and click ‘New Campaign’


  1. Fill in and complete the fields with information of the campaign and click ‘Create’

  1. After the campaign is created, it will appear in your marketing tab


  1. You can click on the Campaign’s name to see the detail of the campaign including access to download the QR Code and use of the URL for offline or online promotional material as well as data reporting and performance of the campaign.


  1. You can create as many campaigns as you wish to give the maximum exposure to your MP.
