There are 3 key elements required for the integratio:
- Entry of the integration ID for the buildings
- Entry of the integration ID for the rooms
- Entry of the contract of the properties with the Start and End date of the contract
Entry of the Buildings Mapping (one time setup)
The following are the steps to set up the integration:
- Navigate to Settings > Integration > Student Accommodation Solution > "Continue" on the Customer integration.
- Click "Add" button to create new mapping of the building.
- Enter the building name based on the documentation. For example: "Broadway x Scape"
- Save / Confirm the entry.
- Confirming the mapping on the properties page, which will show the settings icons next to the building name.
Entry for the Room's mapping (one time setup)
This will continue from the properties page.
- Click on the building name and continue to the room tab to enter the room name based on the documentation.
- The following is the example after entering the information from the documentation
Entry of the contract start / end date (every new calendar release)
This is a more time-consuming process to manually enter the data as the integration requires the start and end date to get the pricing.
- We need to get the information from the website or support from the Scape's tech team
- Navigate to Property > Contract on admin.vivacityapp.com. You can use "Create" button or "Import" button to add new contract information.
- After you have completed the updates for all the properties. Please navigate to Settings > Integrations > Student Accomodation Solutions > Custom and click "Continue". You can select all the properties and click "Resync" button to pull in the new information.
