To set up a generic email address for the purpose of all general enquiries:
- After logged in, go straight to Setting under your profile, from the menu on the left hand side, go Account > Account Defaults.
- Enter email information in Contact Email * and SAVE
- Only ✓ "Use the email address and phone number of the properties" box should you wish to assign an email to a specific property. (Please see below).
To set up an email address for enquiries that are link to a specific building / property:
Once a generic email is set up for all enquiries, it is also possible to set up a seperate email address (different team) to deal with enquiries regarding a specific buildings/ properties.
- Once logged in, go straight to property detail page via the menu from the left hand side and select the building.
- Enter the email and phone number for this particular building and Save.
- Ensure to ✓ "Use the email address and phone number of the properties" box in Settings> Account >Account defaults (see above).
