To set up a generic email address for the purpose of all general enquiries:

  1. After logged in, go straight to Setting under your profile, from the menu on the left hand side, go Account > Account Defaults.
  2. Enter email information in Contact Email and SAVE
  3. Only "Use the email address and phone number of the properties" box should you wish to assign an email to a specific property. (Please see below). 



To set up an email address for enquiries that are link to a specific building / property:

Once a generic email is set up for all enquiries, it is also possible to set up a seperate email address (different team) to deal with enquiries regarding a specific buildings/ properties.

  1. Once logged in, go straight to property detail page via the menu from the left hand side and select the building.
  2. Enter the email and phone number for this particular building and Save.
  3. Ensure to ✓ "Use the email address and phone number of the properties" box in Settings> Account >Account defaults (see above).
