Follow the steps below:

  1. Log into Viva City admin portal https://admin.vivacityapp.com/

  2. Click on your name at the top right corner, and select ‘Setting’.


  1. Go to ‘Communications’, select ‘Email Template’. You will see 2 preset templates. Click on ‘Customer Enquiry - Confirmation’.


  1. Once you clicked, you will see the screenshot as below, the ‘Edit’ page:


You can then edit the template as needed. The blue colour spaces are areas you can add company header, or MP QR code for enquirer to scan etc.


The current Chinese phrase means:

We have received your enquiries, we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

If you require an urgent response, please scan the QR below to contact our customer service.


  1. You are welcome to update the message. 

To edit the text, double click on the text area.

You can change font, colour, alignment etc. You can also preview the response in ‘Desktop’ & ‘Mobile’ format by clicking on the ‘Desktop’ ‘Mobile’ tabs on the right side panel. 

To exit the text editing, simply click on the white space on screen.


To add an image, simply click on the blue space, and a window will slide in from the right, then follow the instructions to complete the task. 


Once you’ve confirmed all the changes, remember to click ‘Save Template’ the blue button on the right.



  1. Click on the ‘Setting’ tab on the left, to make changes on the email ‘Subject’ if necessary.

Remember to click the ‘Save Template’ blue button on the top right, after yo’ve done all the changes you need to make. 


If the ‘Active’ button is shown blue with ✓, it means the template is active.

Simply click the black box ‘Exit Email Editor’ on the top left corner, to return to the Settings page. Click ‘Exit Setting’ again to return to Dashboard.
