Overview

Viva City offers the ability to load the existing 360/Virtual Tour website for each property within the mini program. However load the website within the mini program, Tencent has a few requirements check:

  • No Facebook or Google domains within the website
  • No 3rd party website should be loaded as a script or embedded link as it will be blocked
  • The hosted domain needs to be whitelisted by Tencent through Viva City.



Steps to get the domain ready for whitelisting:

  1. Upload the attached file to the hosted domain base folder
  2. Ensure the file accessible to the public as https://your domain name/23pfXjjtRJ.txt
  3. Please contact support@vivacityapp.com after you completed the above for the next steps.
