Integrating Salesforce with VIVACITY is almost effortless if we are getting the right steps and credentials.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > CRM:
Click "Connect Now" button. Please choose the right environment for the connection. We can support SandBox environment for testing or Live environment for production.
Once you have confirmed the selection, you will be brought to the Salesforce Login page. Please login with the right Administrator right, which will allow the integration to access to the REST API for Leads object or Contact object.
Once you are connected, you can start to configure the mappings based on your business requirements.
